Two-Dog Household Rate
When two dogs from the same household are included in the same booking, the displayed two-dog rate applies to each dog. Both dogs must be included in one booking request to receive this rate.
Normal care capacity is two customer dogs at a time, and Browns Boarding cares for one customer household at a time. Where two dogs attend together, both must be from the same household and included in the same booking.
Christmas & New Year Double-Rate Days
Christmas Day (25 December), Boxing Day (26 December) and New Year's Day (1 January) are charged at 2× the applicable rate.
The booking system applies this automatically when your selected dates include one of these days, using the rate that otherwise applies to your booking.
For Home Boarding, pricing is calculated across AM and PM care periods, so only the care periods that fall on a double-rate day are charged at 2×. Partial days are therefore adjusted proportionally. Doggy Day Care on one of these dates is charged at 2× the applicable Day Care rate.

Where a deposit is required, it must be received within 24 hours.

Your dates are secured only once the required payment has been received.
Home Boarding pricing explained
Simple early drop-off / late collection charges
Standard Home Boarding is a PM drop-off and AM collection. If you need an AM drop-off or PM collection, each one adds half of the applicable daily Boarding rate.
These are our standard handover windows, but we may be able to accommodate small variations at our discretion. Please contact us before booking to discuss what you need.

A meet and greet before first bookings where required.
Payment Information
A clear payment process from deposit through to final balance.
Deposit
If your dates are approved, the required deposit is payable within 24 hours. Your dates are not secured and the booking is not confirmed until payment is received.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.
Short Notice Bookings
Bookings within 14 days of arrival require full payment after approval. The dates are only secured and the booking confirmed once that payment has been received.
Pre-stay Requirements
Keeping every dog safe is an important part of the booking process.
Up-to-date vaccinations required
All dogs staying at Browns Boarding must have up-to-date vaccinations before their stay. Vaccination details can be added and managed through your customer account.
Up-to-date flea and worm treatment required
All dogs staying at Browns Boarding must also have up-to-date flea and worm treatment before their stay.
